Q: After several attempts by different people, we cannot get the screw out to replace batteries. Any ideas?

A: Need to find a screwdriver that is a tight fit and put pressure on it to get it to move. We also had that problem but resolved in this manner.

I don’t know what’s up lately but these retailers just be shipping everything any kinda way. I cannot believe this tree survived but she’s working and she’s a beaut, Clark. Don’t love that it’s battery powered but I’m just going to get a converter for it. Be warned if you order it shipped, you might not get so lucky!

Cute! And fairly strudy other then the screw.
Love this, the design is so cute and has a vintage feel. I haven’t totally figured out how to style it in my house yet. Only slightly disappointed it can’t go outside. Also mine was packaged terribly and didn’t seem to break in shipping so seems like it’s fairly sturdy which is nice! Only negative is the screw to change the batteries is soft and flimsy so I think you will only be able to change the batteries a few times before you would need to replace or go without the screw, which is topical for target blow molds but isn’t a big deal on ones that can only be used inside anyway. So only minus one star.

Love this tree and piece of nostalgia. The only issue hence 4 stars is the timer option does not work, but it just stays on and will change batteries as needed. Love the flickering lights and sparkle in branches. Great purchase that is fun and fancy at the same time.

A really nice addition
Loved this and so happy it has a timer built in. Only downfall is the screws to get to the batteries are a nightmare to remove. Once you get them off don’t put that back on. It’s sturdy enough without them. Love this piece of decor.

The item came loose in a box, no padding whatsoever. The item was damaged, not enough to go though the hassle of returning it, but it was a very unprofessional packing job! Nice tree though! I like the timer feature but I wish you could turn off the flickering feature-they flicker in unison which is s little strange. A star topper would nice too.

So cute and looks great. I ordered this online and it arrived loosely thrown in the box. There were holes poked into the sides of the from the tree points. Fortunately, it was not damaged, but could have more carefully packed for shipping.
