I purchased these, JBL, ear buds for my Grandson for CHRISTMAS. I KNEW, nothing about them. He, is in the Music business. He LOVED THEM !! HE, described all the features and quality and said they were the best. Dual, stereo quality. He raved about them. He, could not believe I purchased them. Says the quality is unbelievable!! All, I know is everyone has them. He swears they are TOP Notch!! Guess, Gramma did good. I just knew, JLB WAS GOOD QUALITY.

Mistakes were made
I bought this one month ago and is without a doubt the worst pair of headphones I’ve ever owned, and is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The left bud never worked and the complications with my warranty means there’s no way to fix them or get a replacement pair. Now, not even the right earbud works and I’ve tried troubleshooting everything. I would recommend thinking twice before buying JBL headphones or earbuds despite being a long term User of their speakers.

I just open the package and seems like they sent me a used set. It’s missing an earbud and also the new seals are broken. No where on the page said it was gonna be refurbished or open item. Sold by a 3rd party. I want my money back

Best set I’ve ever had!
Recently purchased these and have been using them for a week or two now. Absolutely love them! Massive improvement over the tour pro 2 which I also loved! I use them almost everyday at the gym and never have to worry about them falling out or overhearing anyone else with the top tier noise cancelling!

Using it for few weeks now. Pros + sound quality + mic quality + connect case to 3.5 jack and see movies is nice cons - smart charging case cant stand upright in a table - smart charging case touch needs hard touch to respond - max volume can be improved a bit more

Not So Great
Have had these about a month. I’m used to the PowerBeats Pro series product. The JBL are way more comfortable to wear. That is it. They inferior in every other way. 2/10 do not recommend and they have short battery life.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tour Pro 3 TWS has up to 11 hours of battery life with ANC off and has up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC on. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. My favorite brand JBL great sound quality bad microphone quality the headphones make a beeping noise, put back in the case, as in the Find My feature very annoying. The headphone does not disconnect sometimes when put back in the case, causing audio to still be played in the headphones despite being in the case even the review website is buggy the cursor goes all over the place first pair I bought have charging issues. These are the second one. Disclaimer I did drop it once or twice from waste height I hope all these issues get fixed in the next version very unimpressed

Read a review by Aussies stating the Pro 3s outscored the B&W, Senn & Sony the last 2 I own. I have dozens of JBL headphones and earbuds and a JBL PA system (where would rock & roll be without JBL in the 60)? Pro3 do not get enough credit; with their dual drivers and hi-rez codecs these are now my favorite buds

Added. Features but Weak Battery
Tour Pro 3's are my 3rd JBL earbud purchase. The smart case is what truly places these ear buds in another class. I use these for several hours daily. My sole complaint is that battery performance is nowhere near stated specs. When set to Ambient Aware" the best battery performance is around 3.5 to 4-hours (playlist of approximately 30-songs). Recharge is fast when returned to case, but I would appreciate 6-8 hours of play time.

i brought these less thana month ago. i have returned them already. the sound quality is amazing. the battery life is no good die very quickly. but what i found odd and i didnt know how to change was when i had music playing if i made a sound the music would cut off and it woud stop until i stop making noise. so if i was sing the song it would cut off the music. idk how to change the setting. very nice overall but maybe a bit to complicated for me.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you had a tough time using our JBL Tour Pro 3. Typically, these earbuds offer a maximum playtime of 8 to 11 hours when fully charged. The battery should last more than 60% of that, which is about 5 to 6 hours. One helpful feature is "Smart Talk," which automatically switches to TalkThru mode when you speak, lowering the music and activating the microphone so you can hear your surroundings. You can also disable this feature through the JBL Headphones App.

Good Sound Badly-Let Down on Comfort & Controls
I've had these JBL Tour Pro 3s fo a few weeks now and impressions are as follows: Pros: ✔️ Good Sound Quality ✔️ Plenty of sound customisations available to tweak the sound as you want ✔️ Excellent JBL App to customise the Controls and options Displayed on the Display Case ✔️ Wireless charging for the case ✔️ Case can act as a transmitter for connections to other devices ✔️ Case display can be customised with your own wallpaper and features Cons: ❌ Ear bud tips are uncomfortable. I was unable to obtain a seal with any of the supplied tips nor the set of foam ones. ❌ Ear ache after 20 minutes ❌ The Display screen on the charging case is very unresponsive at times, taking 4 swipes before it will respond - not very good if you are on the move ❌ Although the ear bud controls can be customised for Volume, ANC and Track Control, this is badly let down by only allowing you to choose 2 of these features to be enabled at the same time. So you can for example have Volume control and Track control assigned, but no ANC cycling. Or ANC and Track Control, but no Volume Control. This is extremely poor, as in my opinion, ALL THREE of these functions are essential whilst out. You need to be able to control the volume, pause, Skip and forward tracks and switch ANC modes on the fly. So this is a big negative for me personally when out walking as I need to be able to hear traffic, but need to control music and volume. My Soundcore Liberty 4 Pros could do all this easily. ❌ As said re the tips, these ear buds are not the most comfortable to wear and I couldn't use them for more than 30 minutes tops.

Worth the price!
Great pair of earbuds, with very clear sound! Some of the best noise canceling from earbuds that I’ve heard. I always have problems with how earbuds fit, so I was worried the they wouldn’t fit. However they’re the only pair that comfortably fit and don’t fall out. Shoutout to the foam tips! My only issue is that they’re not very loud (which is kind of made up for with the noise cancelling since they sound louder with it activated). The case features are an added bonus for when I don’t have my phone. It is on the bulky side, though it is to be expected since it is a Smart Case.
