JanSport Big Student Backpack Faded Sage

We’ve had this bag about two yrs but it’s always given issues with the zippers. They get stuck or come off the track. Not worth the headache of trying to hold your bag together while in high school bc the zipper came undone.

The big student 34 L of a great travel companion EDC I’ve always loved this bag. This is my fifth I think? It’s a good durable backpack. The water cupholder doesn’t mean nothing to me once fine. I always like about his backpack is simplicity of it, but I will say this my first generation I had a zipper jam sent it back for the warranty. they took care of it for me. The reason being as the big student has that overlapping flap, you have to fold it back that’s how you prevent the zipper jamming. It’s more like a security feature, which means you’ll prevent someone a minute trying to open your backpack, which is good overall very happy with it. Can’t go wrong with Jansport in my opinion. Great company great people.

Purchased the bugs vibe and it was clearly printed off. Most of the bugs are completely blurry. Reached out to customer service and got told there was nothing they could do and to return it.

The straps are closer together and not shaped like our backpack from last year. They cut into his neck. We will have to return it.

I needed a bag that had multiple compartments. Still trying to remember where I've put things :grinning:. Only complaint is the fabric over the zippers takes away from the ease of quickly opening the bag.

Love it! The size, quality, and look is exactly what my daughter was hoping for.

My daughter loves the pattern and style and that it holds so much.

The zipper on the small front pocket broke after a few months on both big student backpacks we got and the large section zippers get stuck on the extra fabric trim. Poor return policy as shipping is not covered and the company gets to decide if they will repair or not at customer expense.

The bookbag has a lot of space and durable. It fits all that my middle schoolers needs for school.

I would like to see water bottle pickers on both sides of the backpack instead of just one. Otherwise a great durable backpack.

My daughter loved the backpack. it's big enough to carry her everyday school supply and laptop (7th grader) and she can also carry her volleyball practice stuff as well. My only complaint is that it was late! It was supposed to be here the Sunday before and it was almost a week behind. Other than that, my daughter loves the backpack.

Favorite backpack!

This is the second big student backpack I have purchased from Jansport. The first one was excellent, this the black is not sworn properly. The zipper on the middle compartment catches on the fabric on the right side, he has to be very careful when zipping the backpack for this reason. I have noticed to he keeps the middle compartment open because of the zipper. It catches on the zipper cover, and is almost impossible to get zipper undo, so it will zip.

Overall very good. The zippers are kind of hard to unzip and zip.
