Quick and easy

Easy to use, easy to take a part and clean and put back together. It did not come with instructions, but we have the internet for that. Only thing I don't like it there are a couple of sharp places where the cutouts weren't done well.

Do not recommend

NOT dishwasher safe. Never used it. Put it on the top rack of the dishwasher. It turned the pot black. Discolored and almost a film all over. Has to be hand wash only. No warranty. No way to return. Do not recommend.
