The rubbery material feels very soft and gentle not too rough on my baby gums. I have tried other products that causes inflammation and more discomfort.

I bought this as my child got closer to teething. At the beginning, we hung this from the activity center and my child was entertained by grabbing it and swinging at it. Once teething began, it was perfect to munch on and easy to hold.
