Nice and smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this brand before, so I was already into it. the classic hummus tasted amazing. The texture is smooth and nice, and taste great with crackers. It’s not heavy or to salty either. I like that it tastes fresh. I’d buy it again for sure.

Excellent Hunmus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed a heaping helping of Ithaca’s Classic Hunmus on my chicken pita. It was hard to take the perfect picture while my mouth was watering over it! It may be classic, but it is far from plain! No bad aftertaste or grimy texture. Packaging is sturdy and I plan on reusing it once the hummus is gone. I recommended this hummus.

Good Hummus!

I really like the brand packaging- the product is attractive on the shelf and looks premium. I enjoyed trying it- it was my first time trying hummus so I wasn't sure what to expect. The taste was smooth and creamy- it was a bit thicker than I expected. It had a good flavor to it too. I wish it was just a little stronger in taste, but since this is the original flavor it's probably more mild for that reason. I think this hummus is ideal for crackers, chips, or bread. I do recommend it to others!

Tasty, Fresh Hummus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a delicious hummus. I had to remind myself to take a photo before I demolished the entire container! I love that it has a short list of fresh ingredients. This has a smooth a texture that would be great spread in sandwiches and I’ve enjoyed as a dip for crackers and vegetables. Sometimes plain hummus is too bland, but this has just enough spice - garlic, cumin, and red pepper - to give a kick but not so much that’s overpowering.
