A: Lactose is a carbohydrate. If there are no carbohydrates, then there is—logically—no lactose. I’m lactose-intolerant, and even the brands with 1g sugar (probably from the sweetening agents) are safe for me.

Great way to increase protein intake
Love the unflavored whey powder, it has countless uses. Nearly flavorless, no gritty texture, incorporates easily into most liquids. I add it to milk with my cereal, also in my smoothies.

This protein lives up to to it's advertising. It is flavorless, it mixes well, it does get quite foamy "puffy" but not a negative. I use it primarily in my breakfast smoothie with oatmeal, nuts and fruit. I do add some to my bread recipes too. I'm exploring new ways on how and where to use it.

Unflavored whey
I have been using this product for 5 years. There are very few options commercially available for unflavored whey. This is the only one I have been able to find in local shops. I enjoy the taste and texture and versatility.

Good base for any flavorings

Perfect unflavored base for any kind of smoothie. Does not taste chalky. I use it as my base for my homemade protein shake for breakfast or post workout. I also blend it with oat or coconut milk for overnight oats.

Bulk with no filler
Overall, a great option for bulk protein with no filler. Taste is decent for no artificial flavors, and the additives are minimal. This powder would mix much better in a shaker, but I tend to stir my powders together. I would recommend saving a scoop from another container because this one was burred at the very bottom.

Best protein powder. Does not bloat me or give me gas like all others. It’s genuinely flavorless, you can mix it into anything. All the reviews that say it doesn’t mix well, you just HAVE TO use a protein shaker with the little spring ball just like every other protein powder. You cannot mix it with a spoon or frother, that’s not how protein powder works so that’s expected.

if you want something super simple then this is the product for you. I am not necessarily a fan of unflavored protein powders but i can see a use case for it. for example, when you want to make a dish and want to have extra protein without completely altering the flavor of it. also the macros are very good. good amount of protein per serving and not too many calories either. i also like the simple ingredients list

Expensive for the serving size but it’s my favorite protein. Unflavored so that I can add it to my morning coffee! Has no weird after taste or taste at all when you mix it with either milk or whatever you prefer.

Horrible. Not sure how this got so many good reviews. Taste horrible and does not dissolve. I’ve tried blending and mixing different ways never fails it’s always a clumpy mess.
