The product is excellent! No groggy hangovers or delays with this product. Thank You! I do wish it came in plastic bottles however. I use several of Irwinâ€:tm:s products. One of my orders was damaged in transit and I ended up with a box full of glass shards and an unuseable bottle of capsules. Customer service was outstanding and I was happy with the outcome, but it could have been avoided altogether with plastic bottles.

This product continues to
This product continues to work for me. I am able to fall asleep more easily. I wish I could say I stay asleep, but after years of restless nights, I’m afraid that is just not in the cards. I have found it easier to get back to sleep after my wakeful period, and the time I’m awake has gotten shorter, so it’s a Win for Irwin Naturals. Thank You

This product works very well for me. My only complaint with this product is the packing peanuts used to ship the product to me. They are messy and awkward. I hope they are biodegradable.

For me, the product
For me, the product is not strong enough for sleep. It could be the level of stress certain people are having to cope with including me. I take three capsules before bedtime, wake up around 3am and take two more caps. I know it's a quality product for sure, it's just not strong enough for me.

I had problems sleeping
I had problems sleeping and sweating at night. I started using this product taking only one capsule each evening. I thought one would be enough. The recommended dosage was 2 capsules each evening. I took the correct dosage of two capsules, and that night I slept much better!
