[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install but unfortunately it will not charge any of my family members phones. We have an iPhone, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and a Samsung?. I have tried multiple times, removed all phone covers but it would not charge any of the phones. We just took a 12 hour each way road trip where I tried multiple times. Actually when I first installed the apparatus it was constantly opening and closing, looking to hold a phone. But when I actually went to out a phone in it nothing happened. After about 3 hours I discovered that there are red buttons on the side that when pushed would open the arms enough to hold a phone. But still no charging. I'm going to keep it in my car because I can use my own charger and have it hold my phone. It will make using my GPS easier.

It makes my life so much easier being able to look on my dashboard and it’s mounted on there. It was super easy to install you just take the peel off and stick it onto the dashboard or the windshield. I prefer the dashboard mounting. I have an iPhone and it was compatible. It widens to fit any phone size! I love it!

Once it’s where I want it it even allows the holder portion to pivot up, down, left and right just enough for perfect eye level.

I had my teenage son install this in his new truck because his phone battery is always so low it messes with the Life360 app. With this I never have to worry because his phone is charging when mounted in this so I can receive safety alerts. The arms moving in and out to hold and release my phone are great. The only thing that doesn’t work is the charging, and that might be because I have a case on my phone.

Although, the charger doesn’t open all the time. Dash board mount ring could be better as it doesn’t stay attached to my dash board and falls off constantly. Better dash board gripping is needed. My IPhone does not charge on the auto charging feature. With improved performance this would be a top rated phone accessory. The adjustable length and height is a great feature makes adaptable to personal preference.
