I should have read the other review. The item pictured and the item delivered are not the same. There is no button to mute/unmute the microphone. You wind up echoing. Unfortunately, I also purchased a non-refundable 2-year warranty.

Wrong item. Wrong item is terrible

The wrong item was sent. The mic is suppose to have a on/off control on the wire. The volume is controlled behind the ear on the headset itself. The rgb lights have to be connected via usb for it to work … the length of the usb connection is 3 or so inches which is ATTACHED to the earphone jack. Don’t recommend this item.
