ANDREW P. DUNNE is Research Associate in the Program in International Politics, Economics, and Security (PIPES) at the University of Chicago. Previously, he was Lentz Postdoctoral Fellow in Global Issues, International Conflict, and Peace Research at the University of Missouri at St. Louis
