No improvement for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing negative, necessarily. Just didn't work for me. Was recommended to me by my nutritionist to help my sleep disorder and depression. After taking for 6 weeks, I didn't notice any changes (good or bad). Stopped taking due to the insanely high cost and lack of changes.
