INFINITI PRO CONAIR Steam Therapy Hair Steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl is on a traveling cheerleading team and we travel a lot for competitions. I am always having to do her hair for competitions. She is mixed and she has curly hair that is hard to bush without hurting her. She hates her hair being brushed or done at all. I decided to try the Conair InfinitiPRO Steam Therpy Hair Steamer on her curls since it worked so well on mine. This Steam Therapy Hair Steamer helped dry her curls and made them coil perfectly. I was shocked we didn’t have to use any products on her hair at all and how soft it made her curls. This is the first time she didn’t have any fizziness or flyaways with her hair all day. Her curls looked fresh and bounced perfectly. Her hair turned out better then when we have paid for a hair stylist to do it. I love how natural and perfect her curls look and she loves her curls now. My daughter is mixed so it is hard to find products that work for her hair type but this steamer worked amazing. The Conair Infiniti Pro Steam Therapy Hair Steamer is a game changer for us. Especially since it is portable and I’m able to take it with us when we travel. The steamer is very well made and had he’d up traveling a lot. I am so thankful we found something that works on her hair and she has not complained once about her hair getting done.. The way the hair steamer has made a difference on my hair is why I tried it in her curls. I absolutely love how soft and silky our curls feel. After using this steamer. I do not even need to brush her hair anymore. I use this steamer and the curls coil up perfectly This is a great hair steamer and I highly recommend it. The diffuser bowl clip broke off instantly during first assembly, since it was given as a gift I won't be able to get a refund or replacement so that was a waste of money on a faulty product.

I have soft curls, and it gave them a lot of definition. The design was lightweight in my hand there's a great learning curve. I did better the second time than on the first. It operates very easily, just like a simple diffuser. And the\nPrice is a great value. super effective

I have a difficult time removing the water tank...any instructions? Couldn't find any on your website

It's easy to use; simply add water to the bottom to provide moisture to your hair. It's also easy to pack. It's easy to assemble and heats up to the maximum to revitalize curls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my hair pulled back into a bun for the last two days which has pulled out my natural texture. I’m around a 2C wave/curl pattern. I have fine hair that takes A LOT of water. I used the steamer for one full cycle until the tank was empty and started to see the reemergence of my curls. I definitely will have to do multiple rounds and add a product as suggested in the informational booklet to really bring my texture back. The steamer is incredibly easy to set up and use and there is no learning curve to getting started. I do like that the diffuser attachment is optional.

It steams the curls at the perfect temperature, it heats and steams at the same time. It took about 10 minutes to refresh all of my curls

It was ok. I feel it's way overpriced since you definitely can get the same results with either a humidifier or clothes steamer.

I actually in the past have used a clothing steamer to steam my curls which is a lot more difficult, so I’m glad to have something like this to use now. Both the diffuser bowl and prongs are great options, I feel like the prongs worked better for my hair type personally as it allowed me to get into the length of it and get the curls up underneath. My hair definitely feels bouncier and softer now!

I bought this a month ago specifically for hair masks and i ended up using it for so much more. It did definitely help for moisture absorption during the mask not just that. Every morning after a wash day my hair always was very condensed and stiff. So to add volume I would push it up with my hair pick but that would sometimes makes to very frizzy from forcing it up. Now I use my hair steamer every morning to make curls looser and give them more moisture before I push them up which still accomplishes the giving it more volume but without losing my curl pattern. I even used it while giving myself a facial for the steamer to open up my pores.

I have long/course/wavy/curly hair. This steamer definitely poofs out my hair and seems to make it softer but for the price of $130 I got it for, I would not recommend it to others. The steamer and attachment are both huge not efficient for traveling which I hoped to mostly use it for.

I bought it thinking I could refresh my curls how the Instagrammers and YouTubers do it (yes I was influenced) I think this product is best used to really penetrate the product into your hair but to detangle, refresh and reshape like how it says … at least not for my hair. It grew 3x its normal shape, it got frizzy and unfortunately the frizz made my hair knotted

This has become my favorite tool to use with deep conditioner liquids to help the product penetrated the hair cuticles. Feel great on my scalp, as well. Feels like a spa experience.

1. This only has two, small holes in the bottom which is no where sufficient to adequately steam hair. There should be several holes in the bottom and even better would be holes in the prongs. 2. The steam is too hot for hair. I don’t see how steam this hot couldn’t be causing some type of damage. Since the one, similar product seems to have the same problems, I’ll be keeping this for now. Hopefully this gets improved or someone wakes up and designed this better.

However—I learned my hair likes being steamed and that the extra steps make it a lot safer to use than a normal steamer! I appreciate the diffuser style cup (I use it most of the time I’m using the steamer as I worry about putting the prongs close to the roots if they contain steaming water). I do think that it’s great at refreshing my curls measurably, although I’m not sure how long that refresh lasts. I steam, use a little diluted product on my hair, and steam again to work the product in. If I have time, I’ll root clip for additional volume. All in all, a product I really enjoy!
