When he first saw it, it made him smile real big when he was able to make all of that noise. He also immediately put it in his mouth as a teether. It seems pretty durable and easy to sanitize when needed! We love it because we can easily throw it in the diaper bag on the go so he has something to play with! I only took one star off because it arrived with a weird black substance on it, probably left while it was being packaged.
