Good for anti diarrhea
Helped with my diarrhea. Helped with my stomach pains too. The instructions were easy to read. There wasn't much of a taste as you swallow it. It absorbed quickly.

PACKAGING
Did you ever try to easily get your product open? When a person is sick, and needs your product it's impossible for anyone to easily open the little blister packs and get to a pill without a pair of scissors or a knife. When I need it, I NEED IT, and my old fingers can't get the package open. I've tried numerous times but nope... I have to find scissors to get a pill or two out... Get rid of the dumb packaging and put your pills in a bottle!

I can’t open it
I can’t get the pill out. My husband can’t get the pill out. My sister can’t get the pillow out. My mother can’t get the pillow out. I have ruined so many pills trying to use scissors to get the pill out. I have finally switched to generic because I can get to the pill. Why would you make someone with diarrhea work so hard to get a pill they need immediately? Please post a video of how you’re supposed to get this pill out of the package. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong because this is ridiculous.

Packaging
You have a good product. The problem is the packaging. My mother is elderly and is unable to open the individual packages because of how hard and difficult to open. Im 63 years of age and have to use pliers to open it. You need to come up with an better, easier way to open

Packaging problem.
This is the best product but no longer available in 100 ea bottles. The shrink wrap packaging is a NIGHTMARE requiring dynamite to blast out. I read another review that said they hated it also. Once I tried your product our family uses NO OTHERS. PLEASE please change this for your customers. Since your product is more expensive than others it is tempting to use other brands. But we wish to use your product. If you would also consider the larger bottles it would be appreciated a great deal. Thanks for attention to this matter.

Cannot get product open!
I tried for several minutes to open this product per directions. It was impossible! Finally I had to stab it with a pen. What a mess. Very frustrated. Why is it locked down behind all the plastic and silver paper? Never encountered packaging like this before

It works but I agree with a lot of users about the packaging when buying in the US. I bought some in Vietnam and it was so easy to get it out compared to the US.

Packaging is a fricking nightmare
How about changing the blister pack before someone cuts off a finger

Works if you can actually get it open.
This product works, but as with virtually everyone else it is nearly impossible to open the package with scissors. AI seems to spit out the same answers over and over again but no real human being with any sense or authority seems to be able to say or do anything other than the stock answer.

Packaging sucks
Look, you have a great product when it comes to being effective, but am I the only one who thinks it's kinda messed up that it's so difficult to get the pills out of the individual bubbles? Like if I'm in desperate need of taking some pills I need a surgical tool to get the pills. O seriously doubt no one has said this before whi h makes me think that you just don't care enough about your customer base to do anything about it. I dunno, but it's just poopy, excuse the pun.

Turquoise small font on white background. Even with my glasses I could not read the instructions!!! Who does this? I had to go to website to read. Ridiculous, whose bright idea was this? Not a happy consumer!!!

Package
I love this product. I like the gel caps especially. They are difficult to get out of the package. I empty them all out of the package and transfer them into a pill bottle .

Works great
Only one huge complaint - the packaging is impossible to deal with. I use a razor blade or super sharp scissors just to penetrate the blister pack and even the still have trouble pushing out. Not fun to deal with when you are ailing. You must be able to make this easier.

How do you extract a caplet?
I looked at the 2 step process to extract a caplet but had to resort to careful trimming with a scissors. How do you expect repeat business when your product is so hard to EXTRACT?

difficult to open!!!!!!!!!
That is why I gave this a 1 star. YOU try opening these blasted things and then YOU come back here and tell us how "easy" it is. "Tear" to open. Are you serious? You need a chainsaw to get into these enclosures. I have to take a sharp small utility knife and cut thru the backside in order to get the product. I suggest that you folks rethink your packaging.IF you can get to the caplets, then they work great.

Fix packaging!
I along with countless others have found that the ridiculously hard to open packaging has off-set the benefits of an otherwise good product. I've resorted to having my doctor write a prescription for Loperimide. Much cheaper and comes in a bottle
