This knife block is really nice looking, the wood is a good color and goes with my countertop. I have a bunch of knives just thrown in a drawer and this frees up my drawer for more space. It doesn’t take up much space on the counter and now I have all of my knives for easy access to just grab and use. It’s so convenient. The magnetic is really strong and holds all the knives really good.

This definitely a prodigy to not have if you have young kids or grandkids. Since itas just me, this is a perfect step up from the knife blocks that take up too much countertop space. The magnet is strong and holds my knives securely and is much easier to clean. This knife blocks 8s definitely worth the money.

This is a very nice knife block, works exactly as you would imagine, and looks as good as in the pictures. Magnet is strong enough to hold your knives, yet you don't have to fight the thing to get a knife off of it. If you have more knives than spots on your knife block, or are just starting out, and only have a few right now, this is a good solution.

Holds knives effortless. Cleans with absolute ease. Itas thick and HEAVY. Both sides are magnetic, so thereas plenty of space for all your knives. If your want to upgrade your kitchen look or if youave got a set of nice knives with no good home, youall be right happy with this. I've never been in the knife holder business but the price seems very steep. I would not pay for this item at full price. While it is of great quality, itas just a knife holder.

I found the magnetism of this knife block to be a little bit weak, but it could be due to me overloading the block as I've put two or more knives in each section on both sides. Is that too many OK, so I'm giving it a good workout. I love that the knives I reached for the most are even handier than ever, but I do have to be careful about replacing them. If I rush too much, having that many on the block, I inevitably knock one or two off. That can get dicey in a hurry (pun intended). I love the built-in sharpener. While I'm a bit of a fanatic about proper sharpening and normally use my electric pro-style sharpener, itas just so convenient that I give each knife a swipe before putting them away, and it seems to have helped keep them sharp a bit longer between maintenance sessions. On top of being useful, this block looks really great on my counter, so I'm quite pleased.

The magnetic knife block is beautifully crafted of wood with a furniture quality finish. Too sided block has magnets strong enough to hold even my largest and heaviest knives. It holds all my best knives perfectly and keeps them close around hand. I love that it is attractive enough that I don't mind it sitting in view on my counter. I have not used the built in sharpener because the knives I use most often are Cutco and do not need sharpened. I like it enough that my sisters my get one for Christmas.

I am very pleased to see how sturdy this knife block is. The magnet is very strong on both sides and the block is quality built. I have a large and heavy meat cleaver and it attaches to this knife block's magnet and hangs there with no issue. I do make sure I wipe dry the knives before hanging them to the block.

Nice quality wood. This has plenty of room for knives. I'v tried a couple of others. While they look good, they're just barely too short to work with all my knives. This fits them comfortably. I have a nice sharpener set for my knives already, but this would be great for someone in a travel trailer or motorhome.

Note that this is intentionally heavy so that it won't tip over easily when loaded with knives!! This is a great quality knife block made of lovely wood, with a strong magnet. Tip: TURN your knife handle to rotate the blade off the block before pulling it away, to avoid taking the whole block with you! For Damascus steel knives, note that the sharpener can help hone the edge, but won't actually sharpen them. I do prefer magnetic knife blocks over traditional blocks with slots for each knife, because: * the knife is visible, which is great if it's beautiful and something you want to show off * the knives will be less prone to rusting, if there's some residual dampness when you put the knives away * the knives won't be as prone to dulling from the act of putting them inside a block and pulling them out again * the knives will stay cleaner, as knife block slots can get dusty and accumulate dirt over time

This is a strong magnetic block of wood that holds tons of knives and scissors or anything magnetic. There's no risk of the knives falling off. If anything, it can be a little challenging to remove a knife with how strong of a grip this thing has. It's very thin so it takes up no space on the counter. The little groove on the top corner allows you to easily hone the knife without searching for a tool. This is a good, space saving knife holder.

This imarku magnetic knife block was beautifully made! So much more attractive than your typical non-magnetic knife block, IMO. I love that both sides of the block are magnet. Great use of space! The magnet in this thing is strong. It does a great job holding knives of various size/weight. In fact, I wouldnat want the magnet to be any stronger. A stronger magnet would make it difficult to remove your knives without using 2 hands (one hand for gripping the knife, one hand to keep the block from falling over). As is, the magnet strength allows for one hand removal of your knife. FYI, I found that giving the knife a slight twist is the best way to remove your knife from the block. Make sure, as you twist the knife, that the sharp edge of the knife is moving away from the wood to avoid scratching the beautiful finish. I will say, the included aknife sharpenera is not as pictured in the listing. The item I received does not have a metal blade for asharpening.a Instead, it has ceramic rods that are for blade honing (see picture). That actually makes more sense to include. Honing your blade is something you do far more frequently than sharpening. A quick honing of the blade before each use helps maintain a nice sharp, straight edge between actual sharpening. Definitely not a dealbreaker (for me anyway). Overall, this is a great addition to my kitchen! Highly recommend!

This feels like solid wood and is made well. It looks very nice and doesn't take up as much counter space as a regular knife block. After wiping it down with a damp cloth, it didn't seem like it needed to be finished off with any mineral oil. The mineral oil or whatever they finished it with looked intact. In the future I'll use some Pure Tung oil when it is needed to ensure it doesn't get dried out. This is double sided and I believe there are three areas of magnetics for each of the sections, tested where the magnetics were located with a kitchen knife. These magnetics should be strong enough to hold any kitchen knife without concern of them falling off. I was able to get 12 knives on this board and they all were on securely. The longest section should be able to hold a knife with up to a 9 1/2 inch blade. Middle section can hold up to 7 3/4 inch blade and the shortest can hold up to 5 1/2 inch blade. Those measurements would allow for a small amount of gap from your blade tip to the bottom of the holder. I have not tested the knife sharpener and will not be using it as I use whetstones to sharpen my knives and a honing rod. If you don't know how to sharpen knives and don't have better sharpening tools then the built in sharpener might be helpful. I would probably suggest to get your knives professionally sharpened or learn to sharpen with better tools. This magnetic knife holder looks nice, takes less counter space than the regular knife block holders, sturdy and reasonably priced making this a worthwhile option to look into.

This magnetic knife block holder is nicely crafted of stunning Arcadia wood and quickly organizes your cutlery. I love the stair step design for the various size knives as well as being varsitale for different spaces. In my case I needed to position the knife holder close to a window and it works perfectly. The holder has a strong magnet that is usable on both sides. A nice feature is the built in sharpener to keep your knives sharp. The block is a bit heavy but you are not moving the block very often. Overall a well designed, well built, and a product I can easily recommend to others.
