IJoy Personal Safety Alarm

Not as loud as advertised. I used an Apple Watch to measure decibels after it didn’t seem loud to my ears. It hit 100db, not the advertised 130db. Still very cute and good for the price.

I got this for my daughter to have while on college campus and I am so glad that I did. This little alarm is loud! It gives us a sense of peace to know that she can use this if ever needed

This personal safety alarm is very handy. I haven't had to use it in an emergency but it does the trick when I tested it out.

This small safety alarm is simple and effective. Pulling the ring instantly activates an alarm, and it turns off easily by inserting the ring back in place. It comes with batteries already installed, so it’s ready to use right out of the box. DID NOT WORK WHEN I PULLED THE PIN!!!… While going through security at work, the security card asked me if I had tested this safety alarm. I told him no, so he said he would test it just to be sure it worked. He pulled the pin and all it did was click. The light didn’t even flash so we put it back in. It stopped and we pulled it back out. Still nothing. I am so thankful he thought to test it before I was in a situation where I actually needed it but at the same time, it is very scary that has he not and I was in a situation where I actually needed it. It wouldn’t have worked. I think I have trust issues now lol lol

I love how discreet this is so it’s not in the way! I can clip it to my keys to keep close and I don’t have to worry about it being something my kids can harm themselves with but is still something that can give us an extra sense of security when out and about running errands.

I live in a small town that has extensive bike trails and walking paths. I purchased this to have in the (unlikely) event that I get into an uncomfortable situation when out for a walk. I like that there are multiple colors and plan to get a pink one as a stocking stuffer for my daughter - for when she walks to school.

Discrete and easy enough to hide. I like that I can hang it on the inside of my purse, so it’s easy to access and I feel safer with it on me.

My husband bought this for me to keep with me while going out shopping and such when im alone with my kids as I sometimes get distracted by them and dont always pay attention to my surroundings & my husband wanted me to have something incase someone would sneak up on me. We tested this out at home and it is loud. its also such a convenient size to keep on my Keychain.

I bought this as i recently started working later and the time/season change has made it dark really early! its a good size so i can carry it in my cross body bag. its also loud so I definitely feel more comfortable walking at night

This a great gift for teenagers. Makes you feel a little safer sending them out on their own. This day and age its just so hard to trist the world. Its essy to carry with you and easy to use over and over.

Perfect size to carry in your pocket or your pocketbook in case you decide you ever need to use it. It’s loud enough so it will definitely draw attention. It’s very easy to use and it’s a good size.

This personal safety alarm is really nice. Right out of the box, it's easy to set up and use. It easily clips right onto my key chain or purse. And it is loud! This makes me feel a lot more safe having this with me.

This is extremely lightweight and because it’s plastic I’m not worried about it clanging or scratching my handbag. And because there’s so many different color options, I was able to buy something that’s close to the color of my purse, making it a little bit more discreet. It comes with a carabiner. This makes it easy to hook onto basically any bag. It also makes it easy to swap it from my backpack while on campus over to a purse when I’m going out. The light and the siren are definitely attention drawing as they are Piercingly, shrill and blindingly bright.
