I doubted how terrible this was until a I got Lange flat iron. This this dries my hair out so bad! It also is not functional in your hand does not straighten my hair! Worst.

We all know the anxiety of DID I UNPLUG. Not fun. Super easy to use, my hair was super straight, and took half the time as normal. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty hesitant when I make new hair tool investments just because I hate spending money and being unhappy with the purchase, For me i havnt been happy with a hair straightener since getting my revlon wet to straight in high school in 2008 which didn’t die until my youngest was born in 2013. I absolutely adore this hair straightener and am so happy with it. It has several different heat settings as well as the ability to turn on either the left or right side of it or both sides. This allows you to do different styles curls and waves as well as straighten. I also love that the bottom has a rotating cord so you don’t tangle up as your doing your hair. The straightener itself looks elegant and professional and I love that it can be used on a hotter setting or a cooler one letting me control ther heat for either me or my daughter.

It heats up quickly, it can go from 180 up 455 degrees to get your hair straighten in one pass. This straightener is different than most because it comes with dual heater controller which allows for you to customize the temperature on the left and right plates. Those controls are easy to use. The straightener feels good in your hand, its matte material feels smooth and allows for you to have a nice grip while straightening. It did a great job straightening my curly/wavy hair! It comes with a memory system recall so that you can use the same settings the next time you use it. It also has a 2 hour auto shut off and limited lifetime warranty. As someone who doesn’t often straighten my hair, I was actually impressed how well this did straightening my frizzy hair.

I can control the temperature and it will automatically shut off after 2 hours if left on. The dual heater control allows temperature customization on the left and right plates which took a little getting used to but I think I got it to a perfect temperature.

The Hot Tools Flat Iron does a great job at eliminating frizz and smoothing my hair to make it softer. The flat iron is a great value and made well. The iron is lightweight and is easy to use. I also like the options of being able to turn the left or right sides off or to have them both on. It can reach 500 degrees but I stayed at 390 and it worked perfect. I’m really impressed by this straightener, it’s genuinely worth it!

My hair has a natural wave that doesn’t hold and ends up being a frizzy mess at the end of day which is why I usually flat iron most work days. I was super excited to try the new Hot Tools Dual Plate Flat Iron because of its totally unique and intriguing design. One iron with 4 individual half inch plates is not like anything I’ve seen before. This design helps to cut down on the number of times you need make a pass to get the sleek straightened style and I’m happy that it actually does exactly as described! My hair is colored monthly and tends to look dry if I don’t straighten it which can take its toll. I feel it’s better for my hair to use a flat iron with quality plates and the very unique feature is the optional dual heat setting which lets me select one side lower temp to warm up the hair then the follow plate can be set higher to get effective straightening. Hands down this is the best flat iron I have and I have tried many of the top brands. Best lasting results, lightweight makes it easy to use and saves my color-treated hair from further damage by giving me shiny sleek hair with one pass. The whole iron has a black matte finish that makes it easy to hold and has a non-slip texture. This unique flat iron does not disappoint!

I have straight hair but I use a straightener to help with frizz and give my hair a nice smooth look. It really does save time as it takes fewer passes in getting the results I want. It goes all the way up to 455°. It has the last setting memorized so I don't have to set it up each time. The 9 ft cord is really nice so it reaches a long way from the outlet. I love that it has the ability to set different temps when using it. The dual plate function is greay as well. You can turn one side or the other one, as well as both at once. I always use it with both sides on, as it works best for my hair that way. It leaves my hair so straight and shiny looking, without any frizz. I like that the cord has a swivel on the end also, so there is no tangling happening while you are using the flat iron on differents sides of your head, at different angles, etc. The flat iron is so comfortable to hold. It isn't too bulky or heavy, and doesn't leave my arm tired from holding it. The sleek, matte black outside of the flat iron is so aesthetically pleasing. I am in love with this flat iron.
