About the Author

Samantha Hadadi is a journalist, ghost-writer and qualified health coach with over a decade of experience working directly in the health and nutrition industry on hormones.

She works with women on a 1 to 1 basis as a hormone coach, as well as running women's circles and workshops focusing on hormones. In 2024, she will be initiated as a Womb Priestess at Glastonbury.

She shares her work around hormones on Instagram @the_hormone_goddess, and shares her recipe and food-styling work under the handle @samanthahadadi.
