Q: Is the heater noisy or quiet?
A: It’s not noisy but it does have a low noise/fan sound. But it doesn’t rattle or anything like that. Very pleased with this product.

Q: can I program it to run only from7:30-8:30 every day?
A: This heater has a timer, which you can use to have it automatically turn off after 1, 2, 4, 8 hours.

Q: If I set the thermostat to 65 will it continously run to keep the room at that temp or is that where the 1, 2, 4, ect. hours come in to play?

The 1-, 2-, or 4-hour options are timer settings that let the heater turn off automatically after that time, regardless of the temperature.
