Pretty decent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. This was a little hard for me to set up and I consider myself pretty tech savvy. I tried to set up another person because it always you to have two different people use the device so it took a bit to figure it out. I took off a star because I could not make sure my data was 100% accurate. Other than that I did like how portable and small it was, it is easy to carry around with me in my purse or bag. It seems pretty durable as well!

A decent portable option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before diving into this review, let's address the elephant in the room: wrist blood pressure monitors are inherently less accurate than their bicep counterparts. Expect readings to be consistently higher. It's essential to validate your readings with a doctor using a calibrated bicep monitor. This monitor's strength lies in its travel-friendly design. It's remarkably compact and comes with a convenient drawstring pouch, making it perfect for on-the-go monitoring. The operation is user-friendly, guided by an on-screen visual that helps you position your wrist at heart level. While the readings are swift, the compression can become slightly uncomfortable, leading to temporary hand discoloration. The automatic data transfer to the accompanying app is a seamless and valuable feature. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this as your sole blood pressure monitoring tool. For primary use, a bicep monitor is far superior. However, if you prioritize portability and are willing to accept the inherent accuracy trade-offs, this wrist monitor could be a useful travel companion.

Accurate, Easy, Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While one may have a healthy & active lifestyle, monitoring those aspects that may not be apparent is still important. This includes knowing one's bp so one may be alert to changes. This Homedics monitor makes it easy & the app keeps the data organized so one may track the readings & share them with their healthcare professional. The strap is very comfortable and has a hook and lop closure for a perfect fit. The screen is bright & the readout is large and easy to see. Pairing with the phone & installing the app is intuitive thanks to the instruction sheet. The device literally walks you through the entire process to ensure an accurate result every time. Heart health is key & knowing I'm taking an active role makes it easier to manage my health.

Convenient but not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blood pressure monitor is easy to use— just strap it onto your wrist and press a button! The readings come up quickly and it has a voice feature that announces your results (though I wish there was an option to turn it off). I’ve noticed that it tends to read slightly higher than my arm cuff and gives me an irregular heartbeat notification every few readings (my arm cuff does not), which makes me question the accuracy a bit. It might just be more sensitive to movement, though. However, it’s comfortable to wear and connects to an app to track readings, which is convenient. Overall, it’s a good option for quick checks but I personally will not rely on it as my only monitor.

A solid addition to any home..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a home blood pressure monitor is a great idea, and Homedics is a trusted name for health monitors in my home. This blood pressure monitor is a great addition to any household, as it is easy to use, pretty self explanatory and really quick with the readings. Setup is fast, it comes with batteries and is really easy to get going. I downloaded the Homedics Health+ app, which is fantastic as all of your readings get uploaded onto the app via bluetooth, this way you can port them anywhere, and show them to your healthcare providers if you wish. It comes with a nice carry case and is compact enough to take and store most places. This particular monitor only has one user, but can store up to 120 readings. You can also label certain readings and delete anything you don't want as part of the average. I appreciate the irregular heartbeat detection, thankfully it hasn't triggered for me, but I am happy it is there if it were to be an issue. It also lets you know if the cuff is in the right position. I noticed that my readings are much higher when I have my arm lower, if I have it higher closer to my heart, it is truer to the readings that happen at the doctors office, which are normal readings for me. You do need to be sitting, and follow the directions carefully. These meters are not nearly as precise as an upper arm cuff, but they are much more comfortable and they work better for those who might not be able to use one of the former. All in all, this is a solid blood pressure monitor, that I am very pleased with.

Easy and convenient BP reading at home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great and super convenient. It takes up absolutely no room on the living room table. I can pick it up when I’m randomly watching TV and get a pressure reading multiple times a day. The app is wonderful because it registers on the app and then I can go review my pressures for the day and get an average. The app can also tell you when your pressure is different different times of the day. there’s a super easy start stop button and it only takes about 20 seconds to get a blood pressure reading. The screen will also tell you if your arm is at the correct level or if you need to move it up or down prior to the cuff starting to inflate itself. Great product and so easy to use. Ps-I’m a nurse so I also checked that the pressure reading is approx the same with a manual and it is very consistent.

Important to keep your blood pressure on track! Su
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get the Homedics Stay Heart Healthy blood pressure monitor because in my family we tend to get high blood pressure. Soon as I get it I tried and my blood pressure as expected was high, the monitor is great, it came with a little bag for you to put in after use, very light and easy to carry around, it fits any purse, it came with two triple A batteries which will hold for a long time! I super recommend, if you have high blood pressure or low blood pressure to have this monitor, it will keep you on track! So glad I got it!

Don't bother
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not any better than any other blood pressure wrist monitor. I don't trust that it's accurate compared to an arm cuff. It is nice that it has sound and talks to you but it's not worth it

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the BPW-H190BT. We understand how important accuracy is when it comes to blood pressure monitoring. Wrist monitors can sometimes show slight variations compared to arm cuffs, depending on positioning and fit. We recommend keeping your wrist at heart level and following the instructions carefully for the best results. We're glad you found the voice feature helpful, and if you have any concerns about accuracy, our consumer relations team would be happy to assist you.

Reliable wrist blood pressure monitor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wrist monitors are said to be less reliable the upper arm units, but we have both and compare results regularly. (We also took the wrist monitor along to a doctor's visit and had it compared with his unit.) We find the two monitors come very close to agreeing on most occasions, which is as much as you can expect, given how much your blood pressure can vary in a short time. The wrist monitor is faster and easier to use than an upper arm monitor, so is our go-to. Very happy with this product.

User-friendly and precise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blood pressure monitor has become an indispensable tool in our household, especially since my mom has a medical condition that necessitates daily monitoring of her blood pressure. This compact device comes with a stylish carrying case for easy storage, and it even includes batteries, making it ready to use right out of the box. Setting it up is incredibly straightforward. It has the added benefit of being app-supported, allowing you to track and record your readings conveniently over time. To use it, simply snap it onto your wrist, rest your arm on a table at heart level, and take a moment to relax—it's that easy! The monitor performs its function flawlessly by providing both blood pressure and pulse readings, and I've found its accuracy to be quite impressive. I highly recommend this device for anyone in need of reliable and user-friendly blood pressure monitoring!

Comes with Am/Pm memory averaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blood pressure cuff is a great addition to have in our family,it helps us keep a check on our blood pressure levels. I like the portability of it that you can just take it with you anywhere and the battery life seems amazing so far . The durability is what will make this five stars, it seems very durable and like it will last a good long while. It's comfortable to slide on your wrist and the advanced wrist positioning guide helps you put your hand in the ideal position for best results. It also has a risk category index that will compare your results to the American Heart Association levels. I also love the am and pm memory averaging. It's good to have that in case you need to write it down later or show your doctor. All in all it's a great little monitor.
