Flames Stop Working
This is the second one I ordered. The first arrived with broken pieces. The second arrived intact but the flames stopped working after 20 minutes and won’t come back on. I will not be ordering a third. Don’t waste your time.

After looking at heaters for a really long time, I finally found one that has everything i was looking for. I love the faux flames and log and it was small which i wanted for my space. There is an option for 750 watt or 1500 watt output and flames w no heat. There is a dial that allows you to adjust the heat to turn off when it reaches that temperature but it is a guessing game where on the dial is your comfort point (no actual temps. along the dial). It turns off if tipped and it not hot to the touch. Love this heater!

My Beautiful Stove
This fits my small office perfectly and really warms it up. It has 2 setting 750/1500. It has an old fashioned elegant look and worth much more than what I paid for it. If you have a small room and want heat with ambiance this is the stove. I would buy again!

The stove arrived with a broken hinge and a loose hinge. I reattached the broken part with glue, and so far so good. I am unable to tighten the other one, but will make it work. Otherwise, I am pleased with the product.

I love this heater. It could not be any cuter! It's nice to have in our family area which is downstairs and very cold in the winter. It heats up our large space very quickly and it looks nice as well. I'm going to buy another one for the waiting room where I work. Also I had an issue with the first heater and the company send me a replacement ASAP. Great customer service!

got this for our screened in porch, looks great, love the look of having a fire place. As far as putting out heat.... the heat comes from the bottom and it definitely keeps our feet warm. Cant say it puts out or blows enough heat to warm the area. Now, inside it might be a lot better. I do enjoy it :)

I finally was able to use this this week. I like the look of it and it does the job of heating a small room. I don't think that it would do a very good job for a larger space. The room I am using it in is 10 x 13 so roughly 130 sft. It is adorable to look at, and I like that it has a little fan that disperses the heat a little.

Its compact, it sends out heat and it really changes the ambiance in the room by adding the animation of flames. The light is so soothing coming from it, and it emits just the right amount of supplemental heat for my living room. I have a plant and a salt lamp on top of it. It's got a charming profile with the door and the feet. My friend liked it so much that she bought one at Cosco but a different brand. Her's is a little off in flame color, being yellow. BUT mine is just right! Sometimes I think out of the corner of my eye that its a REAL fire. It livens up my place and it will make yours so cosy too! I don't know what I am going to do in the summer, though! Just might have to keep it around, cause you can turn off the heat option and just have the flames go! Such a great purchase.
