    This is the second one I ordered. The first arrived with broken pieces. The second arrived intact but the flames stopped working after 20 minutes and won’t come back on. I will not be ordering a third. Don’t waste your time.

    Cute ,calming and good quality

    Creates cute ambiance —We have been using without heat just for that . I am glad I bought it . The flames are pretty realistic - similar to a gas fireplace . I like that I can use it without or with heat and that there are two levels of heat .
