ZERO STARS

This tree sucks. It doesn't have stable branches, just basically one piece of thin, cheap wire that cannot support any ornaments. You put an ornament on and it droops until it drops on the floor. By the time I put it up and realizeD it, the 30 DAY return window had passed so I was stuck with it. Notice they don't let you have the usual 90 day return window, probably because they know the product is cr@p. Thanks Target for ruining my Christmas.

Very upset

I wish I could review this item but unfortunately it has never showed up. I ordered this over two weeks ago, have been in contact with both target and the “third-party shipping company” that this item is coming from and no one has any answers. I even tried to cancel the order but I was told that is not possible. No one has any answers. The estimated delivery date says something new every day. I understand it is the holidays and it takes time, but maybe target shouldn’t be using this shipping company or should give a longer/more accurate shipment time frame to represent the service. I spoke with a target rep on the phone asking for advice and help with this situation and I was met with snarky remarks and no help or advice at all. Very disappointed in target and their customer service after this transaction.

I’m 5”3’ and this tree is only an inch or two above my head. This is definitely not a 6 foot tree. Very disappointed in the height and the fact that it does not appear to have 200 lights. The branches do not look realistic.

I don't recommend dealing with the this vendor.

I haven’t received the item yet. The vendor created a shipping label the same day as I placed the order. Item never shipped. I called the company a week later. They marked it as lost and processed a replacement. Original item shipped in the meantime and was returned to sender. Replacement shipped 5 days after initial call and request. I should have it Monday but have been waiting since 12.2, and it was promised on 12.5. Today is 12.15. Ridiculous.
