Third Party items watch out

The product itself is good, but I received it with dents. The process to address this issue has been disappointing—there’s no clear way to reach the seller, and Target’s response has been inadequate. If there were a proper channel to resolve my concerns, I would have rated it 5 stars.I took extrnal warranty as well dont know how they will react when I get some other problem in future. Since its a gift to my kid dont want to return and also product is not in stock to order again. I reached out to seller by email no response as of now .
