Clarity of Mind

A friend recommend my taking Himalaya Bacopa for what I would call brain fog. I was on it for several months got really busy and forgot to reorder for several weeks and realized my thought process was off again. I quickly ordered and again began my morning caplet. I personally believe in this product for my clarity of mind and thank the manufacturer for this superb product.

A Supplement to Remember

This pill is a little dry and not slick like a gel cap so I make sure to have a sip of water in my mouth before I take it. Other than that I love it! I know it is working because after about 2 months I can think of those "little things" I couldn't remember before. I take this with the Curcumin and D3. That and a little exercise a day and a good balanced diet is all I changed and what a difference they have made!

My Main Brain Booster

Have used BACOPA daily for many years & continue to find it effective for waking up & maintaining my mental capabilities. Works better for me than ginkgo, which made me light-headed. Love Himalaya's product - switched to them from another brand - & as always, Love Swanson's prices!

Himalaya Herbal Bacopa

Took this product for 7-10 days. I did not notice any improvement in mental alertness. I found the tablet difficult to to take . I noticed some things I had no other explanation for, so I stopped taking them.

Effective

Organic, pure, with no additive. Just love it. When I take this my mind is calm, relax, and yet active and alert that I can recall things and absorb new info thus giving me confidence. I've found the best bacopa brand.
