Description

About the Book

If Saul thought that working as a superhero would be any different than asking if you want fries with that, he was wrong. Now he has to deal with bad pay, lazy coworkers, and passive-aggressive bosses. We all have to start somewhere, and Saul's going to learn that the best thing for a person might just be a hard-day's work.

Book Synopsis

Saul is about to graduate and has the world in the palm of his hand. His whole life has been mapped out and gone exactly as expected. It's now time to get hired on the stock market with his perfect resume and spend the rest of his life deciding which Ferrari to buy.

But when the market crashes, Saul finds himself in need of any job that will have him and lands at Hero Hourly, where being a super hero is more like a mall cop with a fast food restaurant's pay. Saul is given a super serum, a training manual, and is kicked out on the streets. But it turns out that stopping super apes and killer robots is the easiest part of his job. It's the lazy coworkers, passive-aggressive bosses, and work politics that are really going to test him.

Hero Hourly might be just what Saul needs to become a little grounded, though.
