I would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thr wrap is for your shoulder pain it does a good job on heat or cold the weight is heavy enough to help pain but I only gave 3 stars because it just is not big enough to lay wright on shoulders it does not wrap around good needs yo be wider unfortunately I bought 3 for one for my sisters each as a gift mabe it will give some relief you have to hold it on if you let go it will fall it is just mot wide enough
