I'm not sure if I received the right item. The information when I ordered this item said that it has a plug in source. the item I received does not and the box says to heat it up in a microwave. There were no instructions in my box. it seems like this was a item that somebody else had returned since there were no instructions and the box had been taped up quite a bit. There was a huge label with a QR code over the information on the box and I could not peel it completely off so I could not read what the box said about the item. I'm not happy that I have to take it somewhere to actually return it instead of returning to Target.

STUPIDITY

THIS ITEM ARRIVED WITH A STICKER OVER THE WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I TRIED TAKING IT OFF BUT IT WON'T COME OFF. IT HAS WHAT APPEARS TO BE QUITE A FEW WARNINGS SO I WON'T USE IT . WHOEVER PUT THE STICKER OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS WAS AN IDIOT. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL SEE THIS AND CORRECT THEIR STUPID ACTION

Smells strongly of mold

I couldn't get past the smell. No lavendar here, just mildew and mold. I let it sit out in the sun for a few days and it made no difference. I would not put this anywhere near my respiratory orifaces. Too bad, it's well made and soft.
