Great product

Missing Pieces
First my block came damaged. I receive a new on and that was fine. After opening the new block I opened my knives and there are 6 missing. I am very disheartened by this and will just purchase a different knife set at a store. It is not worth the effort of attempting to rectify this.

I’ve been using the Henckels Graphite 20-Piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set for about a week now, and I’m already blown away. I’ve owned Henckels knives before, so I expected good quality but this set goes above and beyond. I cook every day for my family and also handle big holiday meals, so I need knives that can keep up. These do everything well. Every knife feels perfectly balanced, incredibly sharp, and surprisingly comfortable to use for long prep sessions. The built-in sharpening slots are a game-changer every time I pull a knife out, it feels like new. One thing I wasn’t expecting is how gorgeous this set looks. The graphite finish and the clean, modern block make it a real countertop upgrade. It’s one of the nicest-looking knife sets I’ve ever owned. I will say though, the block it comes with is extremely large and barely fits on my counter. Whether I’m chopping veggies, slicing meat, or doing more detailed prep, every knife performs flawlessly. For a home cook with a bit of a “pro” mindset, this set hits the sweet spot between performance, durability, and design.

Rusting blades
We have only used for a couple of months and the blades are already rusting.

That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, as Henckels knives are designed to maintain their quality and performance over time. Rust or staining can sometimes occur if moisture or certain acidic foods remain on the blade for extended periods, even with careful use. To help prevent this, we recommend drying the knives immediately after washing and storing them in a dry environment. Since the rust appears to be minor, you may be able to safely remove it using a non-abrasive cleaner, such as Bar Keepers Friend, along with a soft cloth. After cleaning, be sure to rinse thoroughly, dry immediately, and store your knives in a dry place to help prevent future rusting. If you notice any further issues or would like guidance on care, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at hello@henckels.com. We’re happy to assist and ensure your knives continue to perform at their best.

Best knife set I’ve ever purchased
First time purchasing a complete knife set and I’m super impressed and happy with its sharpness, easy handling. I can tell that I’ll be able to use them for years and years. Super easy to take care of and clean. Love that the block comes with each of its own knife sharpener. Well worth the money spent!

Poor Quality
Received as a wedding gift. After only a month of use, almost all the knives has rust spots on them. We followed care instructions and hand washed only. A waste of money.

Rusty Knives
Worst knives ever! I never put in dishwasher and all I have is rust spots and company will not respond to me. After 2 months of use. Do not buy! Run away from buying. Terrible! 😞

Not durable
Handles started to peal a month after purchasing. Knife blades are good and hold an edge well. The finish on the handles coming off was a big let down
