Run small
Order one size up as they run small. They work for light incontinence. I'm 77 and was worried if they would work but they do if you have light occasional problems. If I have a cold or coughing a lot I use a pad on other nylon panties. A little thicker then my usual nylon panties. I fear they will be hot in the summer but now in the Winter they're fine.

Uncomfortable. This is the first time trying period underwear, the seam of the leak protection liner is a thick seam. It lands on the middle of my butt, and it makes it feel as though the elastic is gone and the underwear is slipping. Periods are already uncomfortable, no reason to have trigger added to sensory overload.

Not very comfortable
Generally speaking, I like period underwear but I’m disappointed with these. The seams are really scratchy and I think they are quite bulky. The cotton is very stiff and not very flexible.

Great protection
These underwear were very comfortable and provided me protection during my period. I was skeptical about period underwear, but these held on to so much and there was no noticeable odor. Very easy to clean and machine wash. The only issue I had was the stitching in the back for the built in protection. It was a noticeable line across my behind in a dress and trousers.

Use with caution
I have a prettt light period but seem to have leaked though these despite them saying for moderate flow. Luckily it does not seem to have gotten onto my pants but still disappointed. Because the absorbent area is black, you cant tell how full it is like you can a pad. Another review said these are great for home use or backup and i second that. Maybe dont depend on them at work like i did. Also, the odor guard doesn't seem that great.

STOP THE LEAKS
These fit well, seem to stop leaks from urinary problems and no doubt menstrual leaks. They are not too bulky and are quite comfortable.

The gusset (the padded port that actually catches the blood) isn’t long enough in the front, so if you’re hoping to skip wearing a pad/liner/tampon, these aren’t the ones for you.

Doesn't work if you have a heavy flow.
I've been using these for a while now but everytime I use these I leak after like 4 hours of wear. It's advertised as lasting as long as 12 hours. It works pretty well if you're having a light flow day.

I really love period underwear, but these Haines panties ride very uncomfortably on the back side. The padding should go all the way up to the waistline instead of cutting off midway and then it wouldn't bother
