Extremely poor quality. All pieces were damaged and extremely dirty and seems they were packaged like that. Seams don’t line up. I regret this purchase.

Dont Buy ,Its was hard to assemble,Material is cheap after nailing it starts chipping wood.I didnt see all bad reviews before buying,Parts arrived with scratches. If i can pack it up i will return it,its completely waste.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. The first unit arrived with missing parts. I waited for a replacement from Target that arrived 2 days later than promised. The second unit had different missing parts but unfortunately I didn’t notice until the bulk of it was put together. This time I contacted Prepac because I couldn’t take it apart to ship the entire thing back. I was supposed to get the new parts yesterday, but nope. I called Prepac customer service, who informed me that it’s not their issue that they ship from Canada and I’m in the US, so shipping will take longer and there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile, I have a half-assembled piece of furniture laying in the middle of my foyer because I can’t finish it or stand it upright because of the missing parts. Quality is awful and customer service is even worse. If I could fit the stupid thing back in the box, I would send it back and get my money back. Not worth the aggravation.

It's good enough for a quick purchase that we had hoped to have on time. Shipping was delayed and, for the price, we could have found something better local through marketplace. Like most stuff, it's cheap particle board and the backing is not much better than cardboard held on my tiny tacks. The shoe boxes are also not much better than cardboard, you can barely get a pair of gym shoes in one of the spaces, and I don't expect any of it to last long. For the price it should at least be a durable piece of furniture.

Painted it to go with our other furniture and it looks great! We are hoping it is more durable then it feels since it does seem a bit flimsy. The setup instructions were not the most helpful but get the job done.

Material is very cheap. The backing is a flimsy board held by three pieces of tape.

It’s a cute, functional piece that was easy to assemble. I don’t see it being durable (especially for kids).
