Great organic half and half – especially the packaging
This is honestly the best organic half and half I have purchased. I specifically look for options without additives like sodium citrate or phosphate stabilizers, and I really appreciate that this does not contain those. The cream smells fresh, tastes excellent, and performs beautifully in coffee. I also really appreciate the packaging. Being able to remove the label and reveal a classic dairy-style bottle underneath is a great touch. It looks fantastic in the fridge and genuinely elevates the experience. What stands out most is that the product feels like it was designed by someone who actually uses it every day. It feels thoughtful and restrained rather than overly branded. That makes a difference. I will absolutely go out of my way to purchase this again. I drink a significant amount of half and half each year, and this is now my preferred option. No need to shake as it seems to be consistent. I shock it the first week and didn’t bother this week. My fridge is cool/ cold. Not freezing. I’ll buy this again if it comes on a smaller bottle. Very disappointed. The online ingredient list says milk and cream only, but the product actually contains dipotassium phosphate. I’m intentionally avoiding additives and feel misled. I wouldn’t have purchased this if the ingredients were accurately listed.

I would give 5 starts if it were labeled properly online. The original product does not have carageean in it but online it says it does. If they ever start adding carageean I will no longer be purchasing, no hoping it's an old mislabel.
