Wow! Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric water kettle is way bigger than i expected! The handle is very nice and I can pick it up with comfort. It boils water very fast and the look looks great on the counter top displayed out. Hard water can put spots on the black but if you wipe off and not leave it. It is good to maintain.

Love the details!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this kettle for a while now — overall, I think it’s a nice balance of style and function. It boils water quickly (enough for tea, coffee, or instant meals) and the 1.7 liter capacity is really handy if you want several cups at once. The stainless steel build with a BPA-free interior feels solid and safer than some cheap plastic kettles. I also appreciate the small details.

A amazing electric kettle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product that heats up very good, quickly, the entire of the kettle is metal with a built in thermometer, water level on the outside and you can hear it heat up with a loud boil with the spout having a little filter.

A stylish and well-built kettle with great functio
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, let’s talk about this Haden Dorset Kettle—because honestly, it’s a gorgeous addition to any kitchen. It’s sleek, well-made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. But for the price, I do wish it had a little extra. Design & Build Quality: First things first, the matte black finish with copper and stainless steel accents? Stunning. It definitely makes a statement on the counter, but keep in mind that it’s not the most compact kettle—so if you’re short on counter space, just something to consider. That said, it feels sturdy and well-built, so it’s not just about looks! Capacity & Performance: With a 1.7L capacity, this kettle holds plenty of water, which is perfect for a heavy tea or coffee drinker like me. I love that I don’t have to refill it multiple times a day. The 360° base is also super convenient—it looks good from every angle, and since there’s no fixed cord attachment, there’s no hassle when picking it up and setting it back down. Ease of Use & Features: Pouring is easy and comfortable thanks to the ergonomic handle, though fair warning—the handle does get warm while heating, so keep that in mind. Now, the indicator light is a nice touch, but I feel like it could be more useful. Like, imagine if it also showed whether the water was still warm? That would have been a game-changer. One feature I really appreciate is the automatic shut-off once the water is done boiling—it’s a nice peace-of-mind feature, especially if you tend to forget you left it on (guilty). The One Thing Missing: Temperature Control For the price, I would have loved to see adjustable temperature settings. Yes, the temperature gauge is nice, but being able to set specific temperatures for different drinks (like green tea vs. black tea vs. coffee) would have made this 100% worth the price tag. If this had temperature control, it would totally justify the cost. Cleaning & Maintenance: Super easy! The detachable filter is a great addition, and the fact that it comes with an extra one is a thoughtful touch. Plus, the stainless steel interior didn’t affect my water’s taste (I only use filtered water, though). Final Thoughts: Overall, I really enjoy this kettle, and I know I’ll be using it for years to come. It’s stylish, durable, and does a great job, but I do think a few extra features—like temperature control—would take it to the next level. If you’re looking for a high-quality, stylish kettle and don’t mind the lack of temp settings, this one’s a great pick. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Perfect and stylish. Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using electric kettles for years, and this is by far my favorite! The old-school thermometer on the front is great. It allows you to see the temp and stop it there for herbal teas. It also lets you know if the water is still hot enough when you return for a second cup. The pouring handle doesn’t allow my knuckles to be burned. And I can’t say enough about how beautifully retro stylish it looks. I opted for the black and copper model. It also holds a ton of water and heats super fast. Love it!

Handsome but very masculine, plus plastic inside kettle
I liked this kettle but it is very large and unless you have a big kitchen, is pretty imposing and takes up counter space. The height makes it awkward to pour water from a britta pitcher into the kettle. Shorter would be better, what happened to the cute squat electric kettles shaped like the ones you use on your stove?? Lastly, for some reason the engineers (it's alway the engineers, why do they do these things?) thought it would be cool to have a window on the outside to show you how much water is in the kettle. This part is made of plastic and is inside the kettle, so you are basically boiling plastic everytime you heat up the kettle. The whole point of an electric kettle is to avoid things like this. Shame on the engineers! No one wants heated up plastic off gassing into their tea. Also who needs this useless plastic window? Lift up the kettle and shake it to gauge the amount of water. No useless toxic engineering needed. I threw away the box so am stuck with this kettle, but now you, public, are warned. Keep looking. Maybe the company will remove this "feature" if enough people complain about it.
