Attachment for Hose Sucks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi there! So, twice now I have had the attachment that screws onto the hose get warped overtime. The black plastic starts to rub away and get in/on your hands when unscrewing.

Great features but poor water inlet design. I would love to give 5 stars!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All but one thing about this pressure washer is 100% spot on. The one problem is the plastic water inlet for the water hose is extremely pooooorly constructed. It cannot handle the weight of a water hose with or without water in it and easily breaks off. The water inlet needs to be factory molded into the wand housing and not factory glued on to the wand after its molded. I would love to give 5 stars..

Hose inlet broke immediately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this sprayer (new, but unfortunately not from an “authorized retailer”) and it broke in the same spot everyone else’s did, within a minute, on the first use. I have three other Greenworks products and several batteries. I’m very happy with all of them. This sprayer however, has a serious design flaw. The plastic connector where the hose attaches is thin and VERY fragile. There is no reinforcement at the connector. There is no way to use the sprayer when the connector breaks. Do not buy this product.

Worked for 20 minutes and quick connect is made from cheap plastic and snapped on me after first use when Ryobi and other brands have brass or metal quick connects for there portable pressure washers do not buy waste of time and money

Absolute Garbage Design
Tried this out for its first use cleaning off a bird feeder and I took about 3 steps and the lawn hose tugged at the attachment on the power cleaner and the attachment broke off. You cannot simply replace the attachment because it is hard-built into the power cleaner. I had been using it for only about 5 minutes. The only reasons I'm not returning it is because it was on clearance for $44 and came with a 24v 4ah battery, which alone costs about $100, and it works with my Greenworks 6" pruning chainsaw (which has worked great so far after using it for over an hour). It also comes with a self syphining hose, which I might use on my next non-greenworks pressure washer, or hook it up to my chlorinator on my water filtration system. It also came with a nice wash sponge for cleaning cars, which I will also use separately. If it's dirt cheap and you need an extra battery, pick it up, but immediately throw the power cleaner away.

Pressure washer seems cool, but battery defective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pressure wash seems pretty cool, but I received a defective battery that flashes red and will not charge. Using another battery I had, found that the washer is not super strong, but extremely portable.

When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger and will be taken care of by our team. Power Cleaner fulfills needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished charging battery and put the pressure cleaner together. I live on 12th floor of a condo bldg with hurricane rated shutters on my windows. Needed a way to clean inside side of shutters which are not accessible thru picture windows (2). The greenworks power cleaner provided enough cleaner and distance of spray to completely remove dirt and debris which settles on inside surface. Since I don’t want to drag a water hose across my floors, I used a 5 gallon bucket of water. Did a great job.

Great for light cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this to clean just about everything outside and wash our vehicles. I like that I can hook it up to a hose or carry a bucket and really control how much water I use. The amount of water saved using this is a huge plus. The 4Ah battery has been enough for the jobs I’ve been doing. This isn’t powerful enough to efficiently clean your concrete, but it’s been perfect for cleaning outdoor furniture, plastic sheds, and wash vehicles.

Quick Clean-up
Quiet and convenient, easy to use. Good for lighter jobs such as car washing or cleaning windows - not intended for heavier jobs such as cleaning patio stones or concrete walkways. Battery life seems to be very good.

Unable to get parts for it
I've had this for almost a year now. The extension rod didn't hold up well and I tried to find a replacement, usually power washers you can buy replacement nozzles and wands. I contacted customer service since I didn't see a replacement online. They said they do not manufacture replacement rods. That's very unfortunate because I'm not able to use it anymore. I expected it to last longer than it did.
