GreenPan Valencia Pro 4.5qt Ceramic Saute Pan with Helper Handle & Lid Black

I love this pan! Great to cook with and easy to clean.

We have had a set of GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic about 5 years now; I use them every day when I fix meals. I needed a larger skillet/sauté pan for bigger recipes this fit the bill. I love how even the heat conducts and clean up a so easy. I see a long life with any of the GreenPan products.

I love the non-stick surface. It is so easy to cook with and clean up. Very happy with my puschae.

The pan is so non-stick it is insane. I cook with it, and then wash it with a soft sponge and its like new, very fast. GREAT PAN!

These pans are sturdy, dishwasher-able, and beautiful. Their non-stick surfaces work perfectly. I like the fact that they are health-safe. I threw out all my old teflon pans. I would recommend green pan products to anyone. Our children have changed theirs, too. In fact, it was our daughter who first learned about and purchased a green pan. We now feel much better about what we cook.

Thankful to have an effective non-stick pan without PTFE/PFAS.

This is a great pan! I wish they would offer this in a larger size with a wider diameter. We do a lot of meal prepping, and it's not the best for browning a large amount of ground meats.

I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

Best ceramic pans. You need so little oil and they seem really resistant to chipping.

This pan cleans up well and is a generous size, which is the main reason we bought it. But it doesn't seem to have enough magnetic material to work really well on an induction cooktop. It is much slower to heat up and doesn't heat up as well as our other induction cookware.

I love my new GreenPan! Such an upgrade from my previous pan. Nothing sticks! It's incredible. I plan to purchase more or the whole set.

Super happy with these pans. They're definitely nonstick but without the detrimental chemicals in coated versions. Looking forward to buying more GreenPans in their beautiful colors and designs.
