Could be better

I have been using this for some time, bought new. Food does stick to the bottom, right over what would seem to be the element underneath inside. I use the low setting and it cooks the food but need to scrape over where the element is using silicone spatula and then soak overnight after use.

Amazing Pan

Quick and steady heat makes it easy to cook dishes

We made one of our favorite dishes tonight, barely an hour after we received our Greenpan Skillet in the mail. The skillet heated up quickly and kept a steady heat as we browned the chicken and then sauteed onion, garlic, some pancetta, three red peppers, and added tomato sauce. The heat was steady and everything cooked right on time. The meal was excellent and the cleanup could not have been easier.

Good product, but poor leg and handle material.

I love this skillet for its non stick chemical free cooking surface. My only complaint is that the legs and handles are plastic and break easily. My original order was received with one of the legs broken, but Green Pan did replace it for me. I still wish they would make the legs and handle with a stronger material.

Love the nonstick surface!

I recently purchased this electric skillet. My first Greenpan purchase. I absolutely love it!! Very well made, durable piece. The nonstick surface is the best I’ve ever used in a product. Would definitely recommend this skillet.

Good pan, good value

The pan works well -- food cooks quickly and evenly, and the non-stick surface performs exceptionally well. I wish the heating controller had temperature settings instead of or in addition to the Low-Med-High markings.

Good investment

The self heating large pan is a welcome addition to the family kitchen. It heats instantly to the set temperature, doesn't cool down if something frozen is put in, food does not stick at all and low to med temps are perfect. No burning. Have not tried to sear a steak but I have every confidence this work. I foresee many years of cooking with this as long as I use silicone utensils and simply quick wash by hand with a sponge and rinse.

Huge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviews weren’t kidding when they said that this skillet is large in size. I took this image before I used it, but I made some pancakes on it and it was great. Instead of making individual pancakes in the pan, I can fit multiple on the skillet.
