Every nutritional aspect of this brand is worst than store bought. Higher calories, lower fiber, lower protein per 1/4 cup of dry lentils.

Just cooked up a bag I had purchased from Target about a year ago. These hold on the shelf for years and are great for lentil soup. Just add chopped celery, carrots and onions. Season to taste.
