Dont waste your money. Misleading.

Horrible ebike. Its over priced. It only goes up to 4 miles in full throttle. And maybe even less on pedal assist. Battery drains fast. And its onlg 350 Watts for the price you can get a 750 watt or even 1000 watt ebike. Also it doesnt come with a light like other ebikes do. On the description it says 20 miles full throttle and 40 miles pedal assist. When the box arrived (2 weeks late) it says 15 miles distance. MISLEADING.

Buyer beware the warranty policy!

Buyer beware! If something isn’t working with your GOTRAX bike, and you need to file a warranty claim (assuming it’s a covered claim during your first 1-2 years of ownership), GOTRAX will require YOU to pay shipping and send the broken bike to them! This is at minimum a $200 charge if you purchase their discontinued shipping label through GOTRAX customer service. More $$ if you ship it your own. Great warranty- NOT!
