Buyer beware their warranty policy!
Buyer beware! If something isn’t working with your GOTRAX bike, and you need to file a warranty claim (assuming it’s a covered claim during your first 1-2 years of ownership), GOTRAX will require YOU to pay shipping and send the broken bike to them! This is at minimum a $200 charge if you purchase their discontinued shipping label through GOTRAX customer service. More $$ if you ship it your own. Great warranty- NOT!

Good quality and exceptional customer service.
We acquired two of the step-through bicycles. They are exceedingly durable and enjoyable to operate. One of the headlights was malfunctioning; however, the technician provided us with instructions on how to resolve the issue, and it is now functioning properly. We are not dissatisfied!

No complications were encountered during the assembly process; the disc brake was set up correctly. Although the seat is somewhat uncomfortable, I do not perceive it as a significant problem. It is an enjoyable bicycle to operate. I appreciate the ability to operate at full throttle or with pedal assist.

This bicycle is extraordinary! My companion and I both operate this bicycle; he is six feet three and I am five feet two. The five-speed power adjustment is remarkable, and the saddle adjustment is flawless for both of us. The customer service is exceptional, and Hanks is exceedingly accommodating. We are contemplating the acquisition of an additional bicycle to facilitate our shared cycling experience. The most exceptional acquisition!

In love with this bicycle.
This bicycle is exceedingly appealing to me. Not only does it provide a secure transport, but it was also effortless to construct, which significantly improves my commute to work. I travel approximately 15 miles round trip, and the vehicle maintains a constant speed of 30 mph throughout the duration of the voyage. Also, the battery remains fully charged. The written manual was straightforward to comprehend, and the assembly process was exceedingly straightforward (refer to the accompanying video). Additionally, the tires are exceptionally effective on roads (I reside in Washington, DC, so you can appreciate the condition of the roads, which are littered with debris). I experience minimal discomfort from potholes. I would highly recommend it.

I am content with my transaction.
The bicycle was effortlessly assembled and functions flawlessly. The bike is slightly heavier than I had anticipated; however, the product specifications did specify the weight. I was apprehensive about the battery, as the standard LED status differs from the bike's manual. After conversing with the product support representative, it was clarified that the battery function was functioning properly and that the manual was wrong. He also took the time to address my other inquiries, particularly the default walking speed. This speed can be reduced by reducing the maximum speed of the bike; however, it is more significant that the default walking speed is intended to assist in the process of walking up an incline or on a beach.

I am fond of the dimensions of this bicycle. I sold my previous electric bicycle, which was more reminiscent of a mountain bike, and I am exceedingly pleased with this one. I experience a sense of security because it is situated at a lower elevation, which enables me to place both of my feet on the ground while seated on the bike. My spouse and I each possess one, and we cherish it. We receive numerous inquiries and compliments wherever we travel. They are effortless to disassemble and transport. Speedy and the batteries are indestructible. It is feasible to travel for more than 20 miles on a fully charged battery before it reaches its maximum capacity.

This is an exceptional electric bicycle at an affordable price.
The quality of these ebikes is truly remarkable. Their shipping package is neatly packed. The installation process was straightforward after viewing the installation video. We acquired two of these ebikes for the purpose of exercising and for use during camping. A wire was broken on the charging port of one of the motorcycles upon its arrival, which resulted in a battery malfunction. Tech support was contacted, and a new battery head was dispatched. They provided excellent service and promptly delivered the item. Now, the bicycle was operational once more. We reside in a rural area with gravel roads, and these bicycles are effortless to operate on such surfaces. In the month that we have owned them, I have accumulated 60 miles. I would recommend these ebikes to anyone in search of an ebike.

A solid bargain.
Well-constructed, with a battery and motor that are satisfactory. It appears that the accessories are being cost-cut, and the seat's fastening mechanism is of substandard quality and easily stripped. However, the significant mechanical features are satisfactory for the price. Assembly is effortless without the necessity of employing the accompanying instructions, and the voyage is enjoyable. Great for my height of 5 feet 10 inches and weight of 185 pounds. The instructions will provide instructions on how to modify the throttle to 100% power, resulting in a speed of 27 mph. In general, I am satisfied with my acquisition, and it slightly exceeded my expectations in terms of its construction. There are only minor annoyances with the less significant components; however, these issues could be prevalent on cycles that are more expensive. I have recently placed an additional order for my wife.

This puppy is authentic; it is well-constructed and of high quality.
I am in my seventies, and this is my initial electric bicycle. I am astounded by the durability and speed of this bicycle. That being said, I acquired this bicycle in order to avoid the necessity of disconnecting my RV in order to purchase minor items for consumption, as gas is exorbitant. Nevertheless, the bicycle is sturdy and well-worth the investment. I will add that I am Scottish and every penny is a prisoner. In all seriousness, it is an exceptional bicycle for its price and appears to have the potential to outlast my lifetime.
