Support Bar Makes No Sense.
The one star is because the support bar is ridiculously, insanelyHARD to install. DEFEATS the WHOLE PURPOSE of having a COLLAPSIBLE cart. SMH!

Absolutely perfect for hauling things, very sturdy! Sometimes the wheels do squeak when rolling, but not all the time for some reason, doesn’t really bother me too much. I’ve seen other reviews of people saying the handle is too short, since I am 5’2 I don’t have This problem. The tree is 6’ foot for reference in my photo.

Too expensive and doesn't lasts
the front stick that supports the front to be like in the picture is made of plastic so it breaks easily. if you do not overweight the cart with stuff, it makes annoying noises that makes people look at you. The sound it's like fingernails passing on a green chalkboard. I can't imagine what it would be like if I exceeded the recommended weight in the instructions. Everyone think it's perfectly beautiful, and it it is but for that price I was expecting a better duration. I used it every time I have to get my market done. Or to the beach as it have lots of tiny holes where the sand can get out. It also contains a little rubber band that I used to put my bag in but that breaks too that rubber band looks similar to the ones I used to hold my hair only thicker but it still breaks.

I like where this is going, but the way it folds and the bar that you have to remove to fold it, and the way you do it, plus the rope and hook that holds it together when folded, just makes me think this was released as a trial run, or a version 1.0 also, should be a bit bigger, im 5'9 and the handle was at least an inch lower than where i needed to comfortably pull it. if this were 20-30% larger, and they worked out the folding and latching mechanisms with some creative engineering, this could be a really awesome product. In its current form, I wouldnt recomend even checking it out to anyone that is 5'7 or taller.

Make my jaw hurt trying to put it in
Surprisingly, I managed to put the pole in within a few seconds and I'm a small woman who doesn't exercise much. I watched the instruction video under the Q&A section on amazon and helped me a lot. However, I felt a pain in the muscle under jaw, probably due to the shock (I'm not sure the physical term is). I haven't used it much, but just be careful putting it in. Mine is possibly a rare case.

Things to consider
This item is well made, but has some drawbacks for the purpose for which I will use it--hauling purchases from my car to my house. First, it's heavier than expected, so if you're trying to avoid being a pack mule, it might be better to buy a cheaper metal folding grocery cart. Second, it requires assembly -- a stake of sorts fits into a peg hole in the bottom front and then you stretch the top up to slide the rail fitting on to create the fixed rectangular shape. Otherwise, it won't stand on its own. It's difficult to do. To extend the handle also requires some dexterity to press in the ball far enough so that it allows the handle to extend. This is not for older people unless it's left assembled. Once assembled, it should accommodate 4 recycled grocery bags. The wheels are very sturdy. I bought this instead of the collapsible gorilla cart because I thought it was all I needed. I'll keep it, but I wish I had bought the larger one.

Worth the wait after being out of stock for so long.
Great product. I’m using it for a laundry hamper. The body of the cart us made with a breathable product, so it is working great for this use. Will order another to keep in the back of my SUV for groceries. Seems to be very sturdy, and unlike what others have said, I did not find it difficult at all to assemble. If I could change one thing, perhaps it could be a little larger.

Disappointed. It was a struggle to put the support bar in place. It took me at least 30 minutes to get it in place. So that means, I won’t be able to use it as a collapsible cart. The purpose for me buying it was to keep in my car to bring my groceries in.

I just recently bought and started using this (I've had it since 2/11/2021 used it twice). So far I am really impressed with this item. It holds a lot, has extra "pockets" on the front, and a zippered pocket on the back. I keep in the back of my SUV so I can use it when I have too many items to carry by hand into my apartment. So far, very sturdy, very nice to have. I tried adding pictures of the cart with 3 bags of groceries in it, but i was unable to do so.

Very sturdy. The only part that’s a bit difficult to set up is the bar to hold up the front end of the bag. Otherwise the Gorilla cart is perfect for grocery toting. I used it yesterday to transfer my big loads of groceries from my car to my kitchen.
