Great investment!!!

I love that I can talk to people even if I’m not home. The device is rechargeable and I’ve realized that depending on how cold it is outside it lasts less than when it’s higher temperatures. The app, Google Home, is easy to download and set up and WiFi really never fails to connect. Overall, this is a great product to invest in!!!

A must have for your home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nest Doorbell is a must for your home. The video and sound quality are great and it picks up on all kinds of movement that can then notify you on your phone. It can also track events like when a package is delivered. The setup was challenging as I had to disassemble a previous version of the doorbell and find separate instructions for this. The new doorbell is longer, but the width is the same, which in my case, was very important since I don’t have much space to install it to begin with. It also came with an optional wedge piece that helped me get a better angle for the video and capture more viewing area. While it was still challenging, the instructions were very helpful as they showed pictures and provided additional guidance. I recommend watching a video tutorial for extra guidance to the written instructions. This 3rd gen is much easier to pop off when needed compared to the older generations that needed a special tool to do so. I love that this device connects with my Google Home app and shows all my devices in one spot!

It is wireless so you don't have to worry about run out of battery or recharge the battery, a little bit work to install cause need to work on the wire. Compared to ring, it is thinner than what I’ve used previously, looks nicer, and is more compatible with other products with more features. It’s a little tricky to install compared to a battery camera, but once you have it installed you don’t have to worry about it staying powered. Nice that it has a high resolution compared to a battery camera! I can see well even if the weather is bad. I haven’t fully integrated it but it’s a plus that you can use it with a bunch of google home items!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the Nest Video Doorbell (3rd Generation) was a bit challenging at first, and I did have to update the transmitter, but it was absolutely worth it. Once everything was up and running, the quality completely impressed me. The video is clear, the audio is crisp with two-way sound that lets me hear and speak clearly without delay, and the motion sensing is incredibly accurate. I especially love that it can tell the difference between a person and a package. The doorbell itself feels solid and well-built, and it’s held up well to everyday use and changing weather, which gives me confidence in its durability long-term. I get real-time updates and feel so much more secure knowing everything is being tracked properly. The only downside is that I wish the camera’s field of view was a bit wider.

Hiccup with set up but otherwise fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t messed around with the app too much but it seems pretty straight forward. Not interested in setting up voice recognition for a doorbell. The clarity of the camera is about the same maybe slightly better than our other home cameras. We have no had any issues with it connecting to our WiFi so far. One star taken away though because during set up I could not get anything to work or connect from my google account but when my husband tried it from his account it worked just fine.

Best doorbell camera if you don’t want a subscript

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband installed this but on our door behind the glass because we didn’t want it to get wet or dusty. But as you could see in the picture it still has great quality and could see the whole yard. I love how you could change the doorbell ring to festive rings and gives notifications and recordings from that day without a subscription.
