No support
When a product throws an Error code, I want the manfacturer to provide online interpretation - a simple manual would help - not start an e-mail correspondence. Also - the product would be a lot more useful if the poower switch was on the same side as the display.

Works … battery Goes worthless

Hope you never need to change the battery
I bought this a few months ago, worked fine until I had to change the battery. After that, it only shows —-.—. No help readily available, no solution cited. Changed to another new battery, same thing. This product worked well but apparently it only works until the initial battery dies. When Thomas happens, so does the thermometer.

Stopped working
I bought this a few months back and it has ceased to operate for no apparent reason. The monitor either reads ---.- or 888.8 and I've tried replacing the batteries but that doesn't help. I've only used this a handful of times so its really frustrating that I can't fix it.

Horrible product
I only used this product twice and it stopped working. Do not buy this product or anything from this brand, it’s a waste of money and you just end up with a piece of plastic.

Nice shape and features but a little annoyances
I like it overall. I measure in celsius but the device will always start in fahrenheit and you need to select celsius every time. Impacts my work flow.

My new favorite kitchen tool!
I was originally going to have my husband use this for BBQing but I ended up using it on a pretty regular basis myself! It's been great for my baking and I like the clever cooking guide on the back. My favorite thing though is that it folds making it easier to store. Overall really happy with this product!

Good cook Thermometer
Thermometer worked great for a few months and then no reading. Changed the battery and no luck; display still reads 3 dashes.

Screen Completely Dim!!
I've only used it 4 times since purchasing it two weeks ago. When I went to use it this past weekend and today the screen is completely dim and hardly readable!!!! Awful!!

PIECE OF JUNK!
Thermometer worked when I removed it from the package. 1st time I attempted to use it, I turned the probe and the display read HHH.H Replaced the battery, same result. Nowhere in packaging material, the useless 'user manual' or online is there any help or guidance. I'd give it zero stars if I could

Easy to read
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Digital Instant Read Thermometer and it works well. Make sure to use as directed, it is not to be left in while cooking. I like how it is quickly to read once inserted into the meat. What I do not like is cleaning it afterwards. Because it is digital, you can't submerge it to clean it.
