So far so good with these bands. I've been using them for about a week. They each provide the amount of intensity I expect from a band but I do wish they were a little longer. I attach them to a handle grip for ease of use and sometimes they snap off but I expect that. If they were a little longer it would be easier to tie them. I prefer these over the tubes that I have since they are easier to store. They seem sturdy and should last a while. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

These are very similar, even a little more durable, than the ones I got from my physical therapist's office. I got these to do my physical therapy exercises and they work great! I feel that the bands I got from my physical therapist were really thin and I snapped some on accident. I got these at a discount, so I didn't mind abusing them a little bit. They're still like new after 30+ minutes of use every day, starting off with the light and working up to the heavy band. This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

I love these, use them on a daily basis and still very strong feeling of its resistance....
