Great deep tissue substitute. I have one in my office and one at home.

I had used this product at the gym and just had to have my own. I love it. I use it to prep muscles before a workout and use it to relax my back at the end of the day. It is like having my own in-house chiropractor.

Great roller for deep tissue massage. I'm surprised that I've used this everyday since I have bought it. The size is perfect, it's light weight and compact to comfortably take anywhere.Makes a great gift for anyone you know training for sports, any martial arts, or works out by running and or someone who bikes a lot.

This is a great way to work out those pesky pains. It is portable and travels in my backpack or suitcase. I like it so much that I gave one to my Physical Therapist. Read the instructions that come with it, but you can invent your own ways to use it like I did. I looked at all the other items that try to do the same thing. But this one has a unique pattern that really simulates what a Physical Therapist does with precise localized pressure.It has helped me with sever back pain over the last 12 months. Now I just use it for a quick fix from time to time.

Mine still feels like it still retains the same amount tension as when it was purchased and received. Note: I only weigh about ~150 lbs. Still, it's not as hard as I thought it would be. The edges do hit the muscle painfully good though. All in all, I still like it. Not replacing. It anytime soon.

This one definitely "gets the job done"! If you're starting out with massage rollers, you might hold back on this one for a bit; it's pretty brutal.

This is really nice for rolling out the tight spots in your back - it works far better for me because it has a solid hollow core, and doesn't squish badly like most rollers. The nubs allow you to apply pressure to the tight spots, and add a very nice feel. Despite my 250 pounds, the roller feels sturdy and well built

Love it. The nubs are great for hitting hard to get knots. Though it can be too rough for certain muscles.

Traditional foam rollers just weren't working anymore. My hamstrings and quads become extremely tight after a workout. This roller does the trick! It's hard, so you have to be careful at first. However, with frequent rolling practice it becomes easier. It's also great for back pain and tightness. I highly recommend!

Better than expected. Firm yet easy on the muscles to provide a nice massage. Would recommend to anyone just starting out and looking for a nice roller.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. It's definitely a little harder than some of the rollers that I've used before but it's made well and gets the job done. The training book is a nice addition.

Incredible roller for before and after workouts. Moves the muscle mass around and gives better massage than businesses. I recommend starting with it on your bed or a foam pad as you might need to "break in" your body to this hard massage.

So far, so good. Not sure about the durability of this, but after a month it seems to be holding up pretty well. Definitely provides some good pressure, far more so than a smooth roller.

As an avid runner, cyclist, and climber this product has provided me with almost instant relief when dealing with cramps and sore muscles. When used properly, as suggested by manufacturer, this roller applies strong pressure to trouble areas after a tough workout. It is also a good device for loosening the body prior to exercise as it relieves tense muscles in minutes.It seems to be durable, affordable and very practical. A must have in any home gym!

Best back roller I have ever used and owned. My teammates who own rollers actually come over to my house to use this thing as opposed to theirs and even my girlfriend uses it nightly before bed to help with back pain, which it definitely has.

Where do I begin with this roller...? I am an endurance runner and over time, I have built up somewhat of an immunity to regular entry level foam rollers and have been looking for something more intense to achieve the results I am looking for, both pre and post workouts. The GoFit Extreme Massage Roller was exactly what I was looking for. It is great combination of firm foam, but not too firm. It is an aggressive roller, but not too aggressive. There are other "aggressive" rollers on the market that I have tried that are either too firm or too bumpy. It is also the perfect size. This "jewel" is 13-inches and at this size, it allows me to easily travel from race to race with it. It is the perfect travel companion and when times get tough like it did this past weekend, when I was stuck in an airport overnight due to my flight being cancelled, it also works great as a pillow...In all seriousness, I wish I would have found this roller years ago. I feel like a new man due to this product, even after the toughest and longest runs.
