Other Gluten free brands (Trader Joes, Kroger, Vans) are all lighter, fluffier & crisp up better in the toaster. These just stay kind of heavy & gritty & dry...thought it was just not the best batch, but same rough mealy texture on second try. Three stars for having a gf option, but won't go for it again!

No Egg and milk
Love!! I cook it in the microwave for 20 seconds on piece and it’s done. It has no egg and milk which is why I got it. Food intolerance to both. Yummy tasting too. Had it with maple syrup. Definitely will buy again. Hope they never discontinue it.

They have improved recently!
I have been buying these for the last year or so. I have noticed some fluctuation in texture but my most recent waffles were more soft and fluffy. I hope they nailed down the recipe and technique, because I will buy these forever if they stay like this. I usually microwave them for 20-40 seconds, they are moist and fluffy this way. If I toast them, I microwave them first for 20 seconds and then toast.

These are a delicious addition to my mornings. I usually eat them toasted with peanut butter and jam, but my children enjoy them with maple syrup. They don’t char easily and don’t fall apart like other brands I’ve tried. Slightly sweet but not overly so. Great price too!

I bought these again hoping that I would like them more but compared to Vans brand, they taste very dull and they do not heat well in the toaster. I like mine on the crispy side and instead, they dry up and become like rocks. If I lower the setting, they are still frozen. No winning. Wish my Target still carried Vans!

eh....
I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to GF items. While they toast up nice and crunchy, they basically taste like corn with vanilla flavoring. If I wanted cornmeal waffles, I'd at least want the texture to go along with it. But this is just a "no go" for me.
