Q: Can you clarify the question of side seams (yes or no) as of November 2024?
A: Mine have two seams; what is going on that some of the glasses have seams, and some do not, apparently?

submitted bysea2sea - 1 year agoA: I’m in Target now, in May 2025, looking at the Threshold Potomac short tumbler, 200 03 7176. Every single one has seams down the side (and they are not clear, they have a greenish cast). Typically Target to replace a popular, high quality, highly-rated item with an inferior one sourced on the cheap. So disappointing, but not surprising.

A glass seam is a narrow ridge that indicates a glass was made in a mold. Seams occur when molten glass seeps into gaps in the mold's joins during the formation process. - Emma

Q: Do these glasses have a seam down the side?
A: How can Target staff assert that these glasses do not have a seam when customers who own the glasses are saying that their glasses have seams? The four I received have seams.
