    Lubricant strip causes gelatinous gunk

    These are the worst Gillette razor cartridges I have ever used. The blades are sharp and cut cleanly. However, the glide strip that dispenses lubricant is HORRIBLE!!! I don't know how they reformulated the lubricant in these things, but it remains on your face and cause threads of gunk to string from your face as you pull the blade away. This stuff gets everywhere. And, it's very difficult to remove from your skin, even with soap and water. It's awful.

    Great buy

    Not the same

    When the heated razor was introduced, it was great. Sure, the razors don’t get as hot as any of us would like but it is still a nice comfortable shave. Then, Gillette decided to save a few bucks and nix the old blades and merge the, with another product line. The old refill blades were smoother and the plastic was smoother on your face. I hope it was worth it Gillette. When your copyright is up in a few years, I plan on switching to a copy. Maybe they care about their customers.

    Can't wear it out.

    I read about all these people speaking about the classy features. That's nice. I've been using Gillette since around 1970. This is an exceptional shaver, but the feature that I find amazing is that I simply keep using the same blade week after week. I bet I haven't changed my blade in over a month.

    I bought this new product and the best shave 🪒 in my life and I am 77. I am still on my original blade and it has been 3 weeks. My previous Gillette blade lasted maybe 4 days

    Nothing special

    I bought this razor because I had forgotten mine and it was the only decent razor on the shelf. The handle is nice but the blades are nothing special and not worth the price in my opinion.

    Best blades ever!

    I am astounded that anyone could leave a less than 5 star review for these blades. They are the most excellent blades I have ever used. I have sensitive thin skin and I have never nicked or cut myself with them. They give me the closest shave with no irritation. I would highly recommend them to anyone

    Awesome shave with one somewhat major flaw

    By far the best Gillette product I’ve ever used, and I’ve used them all. Close shave with minimum strokes (I have a heavy beard), which is a huge plus. I can easily get a month out of each blade shaving daily. One problem: the lubricating strip at the top tends to fall out of the blade holder rather quickly. While I understand that these strips wear out over use, I’ve never had one physically fall out of the unit. This has happened with my last three blades, and Gillette needs to address this problem.

    Not as good as the blue bar!

    Got the heated razor as a gift and love it. It came with two blades with a blue lube strip. Didn’t know they discontinued those and these replaced them. These are not even close. Please remake the blue strips!

    Why is the razor I bought green at the bottom of the razor but the refills aren’t? This is why I don’t buy the refills anymore cuz you find the one it comes with in the refills and the refills suck

    Newly designed blades are a disaster

    Loved the shave I got from the old style blades. The new version feels like month old blades the first time you use them. These are awful!

    Expensive and complicated to replace!

    Worst razor purchase ever. Shaves Ok, but replacements are extremely expensive. I popped the old cartridge off fine, but the new one was impossible to get on. Tried for 10 minutes and just threw the entire razor in the trash. No instructions included either. Don't waste your money and get another brand with descent priced refills and snap in line any other razor. The bar is a gimmick and I saw absolutely no benefit over any other razor.

For the easiest blade swap experience, with the cartridge still in the case, line up the top of the razor handle and the opening on the back of the razor head, and then gently push the razor handle in until you hear a click.
