I’ve been using the edge extra moisturizing for years and all of a sudden you changed how you get to cap you open the cap and you can’t press the button down cause it’s got a clip in there and I can’t get that out every time I try to cut that out the other camp comes off and then I can no longer use it so I throw it away. I’ve done that three or four times. This is the last time. I don’t know what you did in the past they just when you pushed it. It popped and now it’s too big so you just lost a customer.

Did not receive the item I ordered.
Very disappointed. I ordered two 3-1 shaving gels and didn't receive either one. Very disappointed. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid having to go to the store: so not only did I not go for the store I have to waste my time and go to the store to return the items I didn't order.

Faulty dispensing
Product is good when it dispenses but I've now had 3/4 faulty bottles that won't dispense properly. The latest container only worked for 2 shaves and at least 80% of the contents wasted. A previous container become faulty and started leaking gel/foam through the cracks in the lid and not through the proper hole. Avoid this product at all costs and look for an alternative even if you like the GilletteLabs blades.

Goes on nice, has a nice sent, and gave a smooth shave. I would recommend using this more for cartridge blades vs. the double or single edge blade. It works really well with a multi-blade cartridge, and will work in a pitch on a safety razor.

New can design flaw
The new edge gel can design has a terrible top for it. It won’t stay on and has caused me to drop the cam several times. The top needs to be secured better. The product inside is still great
