Rips your hair out!

There are cracks near the plates and it rips out my hair so bad! It also didn’t smooth my hair, and I had to go over sections multiple times to get it how I wanted. Once I was done my hair immediately poofed again and all my styling was gone. For $200 I am EXTREMELY disappointed! Mind you I used this on next day hair that was already blow dried and smoothed. Not even my natural waves/curls! Returned!
